Job Overview In this role, you will create connections and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, working intimately with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities. You will advance around financial cycles, planning philosophies, systems, reports, and analyses, acting as the contact between the FP&A and application development groups to enable change. Your expertise in financial planning, accounting, and finance technology will be essential in performing and supporting ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis. Key Responsibilities Creates connections and teams up with key colleagues to comprehend their functional and business needs. Works intimately with inner partners to recognize process improvement open doors. Advances around monetary cycles, arranging philosophies, frameworks, reports and investigations. Goes about as the contact between the FP&A and the application advancement groups to empower change. Performs and upholds impromptu examination, displaying, and projects on a case by case basis. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a postgraduate education being an added advantage. You should have at least 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance technology, with a solid working knowledge of financial statements, financial tools, data technologies, and data strategy. Essential Skills and Competencies Solid comprehension of monetary apparatuses, information innovations, and information technique. Cooperative partner and capacity to take responsibility for/projects. Solid initiative and group the board abilities. Thorough, coordinated, and fit for dealing with numerous activities all the while. Experience with OneStream/CPM devices, SQL and Power BI an or more.
