Job Overview As a member of our Credit & Fraud Risk Finance group, you will be responsible for delivering fact-based, decision-driven, and high-impact Net Loss Provision forecasts and credit-risk-related insights. Your role will involve designing and developing deep analytics by leveraging advanced methodologies in forecasting approaches. You will be challenged with performing data analyses, modeling, synthesizing conclusions, communicating, and providing recommendations to key stakeholders and partners. This position is part of a highly talented team with strong intellectual curiosity and a collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing partners across the Finance GSG, and CFR companies at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast Net Loss Provision and credit-risk-related metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Finance, and Marketing, to drive business decisions and strategic initiatives Design and implement data analyses and modeling techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Communicate complex financial concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and external partners Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve our financial planning and risk management processes Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A deep understanding of risk management principles, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels A strong academic background in a quantitative field, such as finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a financial institution, preferably in a risk management or financial planning role Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, with the ability to apply these to financial modeling and risk management Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and experience working with large datasets Professional certifications, such as FRM, CFA, or CAIA, are highly valued Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
