**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Finance Technology Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Technology Enablement function, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative financial planning and analysis solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, develop and execute project plans, and drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs
* Work closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for implementation
* Develop and execute project plans to drive business outcomes, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and the application development team to facilitate change and ensure successful implementation of new solutions
* Perform and support ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and project work on a case-by-case basis
* Continuously improve existing processes and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and IT partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; postgraduate education preferred
* 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on finance technology and innovation
* Strong working knowledge of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Strong understanding of financial tools, data analytics, and data science
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI, or similar technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on finance technology and innovation
* Experience working with cloud-based financial planning and analysis tools
* Strong understanding of data visualization and business intelligence tools
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
