Job Summary
We're on the hunt for an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction and renovation projects within our facilities. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet Disney's high standards for safety, quality, and guest experience.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project management professional to join our team and make a lasting impact. As a Facilities Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:


Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success
Overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Communicating project updates and progress to key stakeholders
Identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction
Ensuring that all projects comply with Disney's standards and guidelines
Providing leadership and guidance to project teams


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:


A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
PMP certification is preferred
Familiarity with Disney's brand and values
