**Experienced Export Customer Service Analyst – Global Trade and Logistics**

As a key member of our global trade and logistics team, you'll have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. **Job Summary:** As an Export Customer Service Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing orders, working directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to ensure the timely export of orders. You'll also be responsible for understanding and supporting export rules and regulations to comply with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments. Your expertise will be essential in managing customer inquiries, following up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage orders utilizing SAP, COMS (Corporate Order Management System), and Salesforce databases * Work directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to ensure the timely export of orders * Understand and support export rules and regulations to comply with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments * Manage customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc. * Follow up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues * Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes **Your Skills and Expertise:** To set you up for success in this role from day one, arenaflex requires the following qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (6) years of Customer Service Experience * OR * High School Diploma/GED from AND (4) years of Customer Service Experience * AND * 4 years of speaking and writing bilingually in English and Spanish Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Experience in export transactions * Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments * High proficiency using PC-based applications (Excel, PowerPoint) * Experience working on cross-functional and international teams * Salesforce, SAP, and COMS experience * Initiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolution **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being part of a dynamic and innovative team. arenaflex is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
