Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Executive Communications Manager to drive our Leader Communications program. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies, managing executive social media presence, and fostering a culture of transparency and inclusivity. This is a remote work opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our global team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with others on the development and creation of communications materials and strategies, proactively incorporating feedback to inform content and messaging. Develop and execute communications plans, defining and implementing policies in support of overall strategy, ensuring consistency of voice across messages and channels. Create storytelling opportunities by utilizing data and insights, working across teams to foster stories that generate positive perceptions towards arenaflex. Develop and implement communications strategies, creating guarantee materials, and ensuring conversion of content and audience across stories. Manage partner relationships, identifying required content, and creating content to support education, direction, and guidance to internal partners, clients, and stakeholders on communications strategy and policies. Drive and monitor informing and effect, tracking and analyzing the impact of and reactions to messaging, and making responsive materials on a case-by-case basis. Specialty responsibilities include partnering and coaching others on overall comms strategy for executive leaders, driving improvement of current and relevant formats and materials, and tutoring others on the training and development of an organization or leaders' representative communications strategy. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience. Or equivalent experience. Ability to meet arenaflex, client, and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Personal Investigation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience. Or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive communications role. 4+ years of experience working with social media platforms. 4+ years of experience working in technology. You should be able to work collaboratively, think creatively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in using data and insights to inform communications strategies and have experience working with social media platforms.
