Experienced Evening Data Entry Clerk – Remote Work Opportunity with Competitive Salary

As an Evening Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOLs) scanned at our service centers. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure accuracy and efficiency in our data entry process. You will also be responsible for identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, and maintaining high production levels while meeting accuracy standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner
* Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information
* Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy
* Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
* Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
* Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors
* Proficient with AS400
* Accurate typing and spelling skills
* Detail-oriented and self-motivated
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Familiarity with transportation industry software and systems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with the team
* Strong typing skills (50 wpm with no errors)
