Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Evening Concierge to join our team in Washington D.C. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their guests, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable one. This is a full-time, remote position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Primary Job Responsibilities


Greet, Announce, and Provide Direction: Greet and announce guests, tenants, and vendors upon entering the building, providing clear and concise directions to ensure a seamless experience.
Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized and unique experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
Scheduling and Planning: Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues, as well as plan and organize on-site events.
Local Knowledge and Referrals: Provide direction, referrals, and access to local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
Documentation and Tracking: Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
Customer Service and Communication: Answer telephones, monitor the lobby, and maintain and control keys and access cards.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:


3+ Years of Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Desire and Passion for Service: A genuine passion for providing a warm and welcoming hello to everyone, with a desire to exceed expectations.
Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, guests, and colleagues.
Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Local Knowledge and Referrals: Knowledge of local attractions and establishments, with the ability to provide referrals and recommendations.
Polite, Friendly, and Self-Assured: A polite, friendly, and self-assured demeanor, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Ability to Lift Up to 50lbs: The ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
