I’m seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to assist with a probate-related real estate transaction involving my mother’s estate. The property is located in Arizona and was inherited equally by five siblings. Two siblings (my brother and me) will be purchasing the home and buying out the remaining three siblings. My brother and me require a joint ownership agreement.
