As a Technical Business Systems Analyst Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between business and technology. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Designing and implementing solutions to address business needs using low-code and no-code platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
* Administering applications like Salesforce to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
* Utilizing project management skills to coordinate and execute projects from start to finish
**How the Program Works**
During your apprenticeship with Catalyte, you'll develop and hone your foundational skills in technical business systems analysis under the guidance of our experienced team. You'll work on real projects for one of our clients, gaining hands-on experience and building a portfolio of work. Upon completion, you'll earn a certification that will be essential in growing your future technical business systems analysis career.

* Be at least 18 years old
* Have basic proficiency using a computer and the internet

**Pay and Benefits**
You'll receive your local minimum wage for 30 hours per week for the first 20 weeks. Starting in week 21, pay will increase to $40,000 per year, paid hourly ($19.24). You'll also receive additional benefits, including:
