As a remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be an integral part of our front desk team, interacting with visitors on our clients' websites via Live Chat software and providing top-notch support in real-time. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Entry-Level Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling multiple incoming requests for information, and consistently demonstrating a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately Promoting interest in client products and services Consistently achieving established standards of the position Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image Providing administrative support Working from home Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment Keyboarding and internet experience needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal Upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor Articulate and well-accommodated to a client-facing role Ability to compose professional emails Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or live chat support Knowledge of Live Chat software and customer support platforms Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively What You'll Get As a member of our team, you can expect: A monthly bonus based on performance To be part of a group of diverse, energetic professionals who play as hard as they work Plenty of room for upward career mobility Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401k Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Medical Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Available Shifts and Compensation Available shifts are Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and Saturdays.
