Job Summary In this entry-level remote data entry position, you will be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting records to ensure that our pharmacy adjudication system's eligibility records match our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions within the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create effective solutions.
