**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Entry Level, you'll be responsible for:

* **Customer Service:**
+ Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries
+ Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction
* **Travel Booking and Planning:**
+ Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
+ Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget
* **Administrative Support:**
+ Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members
+ Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required
* **Data Entry and Management:**
+ Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases
+ Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity
* **Assistant:**
+ Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed
+ Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **Proven experience** in customer service, administrative support, or related fields
* **Experience with travel booking and planning** is a plus
* **Strong organizational skills** with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**
