As an Entry-Level Online Chat Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing routine service support to our customers. You'll be responsible for communicating directly with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and assist with service requests. **Responsibilities**

* Communicate directly with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and assist with service requests
* Provide guidance on products, offer online directions, and address account-related inquiries
* Work independently to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Follow provided instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
* Commit to at least 5 hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work part-time hours
* Utilize social media and website chat functions to engage with customers and provide support

**Requirements**

* Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
* Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions
