**Job Overview**

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist with a customer service focus, you'll play a vital role in assisting with application administration and supporting the migration of organizations and user accounts. **Key Responsibilities**

* Perform data entry and application administration tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Support the migration of organizations and user accounts as part of a key project, working closely with our development team to ensure successful data migration and application setup
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the migration process
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our application and its features, to provide accurate and helpful support to our clients

**Top Skills & Qualifications**

* **Typing Skills**: Fast and accurate typing ability (over 40 wpm) is essential for this role, as you'll be performing data entry tasks on a regular basis
* **Language Proficiency**: A strong command of English is required, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being a plus
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary, as you'll be working with these applications on a daily basis
* **Customer Service**: Previous experience in helpdesk or customer support is beneficial, as you'll be interacting with clients and providing support on a regular basis

**Work Environment**

* Flexible shifts ranging from 8 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 11 AM - 8 PM EST, to accommodate your needs and preferences
