You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our research participants receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborate with our research team to ensure that data is collected and entered in a timely and efficient manner
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our research protocols and procedures
* Provide exceptional customer service to our research participants, ensuring that they receive a positive and engaging experience
* Work collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our systems and processes, ensuring that you're able to provide support and guidance to your colleagues as needed
**Requirements**
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Current USA resident
* Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
* Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
