**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team and play a critical role in managing our digital databases and providing exceptional customer support. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for inputting data, updating order statuses, and ensuring the accuracy of our digital records. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**
As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* **Data Entry and Management**: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses, and ensuring the accuracy of our digital records.
* **Customer Support**: Providing exceptional customer support by responding to queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* **Data Verification**: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output to ensure accuracy.
* **Research and Analysis**: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents and applying data program techniques and procedures.
* **Reporting and Storage**: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
* **Document Scanning and Printing**: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* **Strong Computer Skills**: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
* **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to think analytically and resolve issues independently.
* **Experience**: Experience working in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus.
