**Job Functions:**
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a professional and courteous manner
* Assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests
* Handling all general questions or inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
**Work from Home Equipment:**
careerzynith provides all necessary equipment for this role, including a computer, headset, and other tools required to perform the job. You will need a high-speed internet connection, which we will provide a monthly stipend of $50 to support.
**Pay and Benefits:**
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with an increase to $18.70 for hours worked after 6 pm

+ PM Shift: 12:30 pm - Midnight (8 hours within window)
* Must be available to work weekends
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or hospitality environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
