As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinical team. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team
* Provide exceptional customer care and support to patients and families, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and policies to provide accurate information and support to patients and families
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating multiple priorities and deadlines
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
* Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
* Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
* Familiarity with telehealth services and technology
