**Position Overview**

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in executing scheduled customer outreach and sales presentations. **Key Responsibilities**

* Participate in creating engaging presentations aimed at gaining new customers and increasing profit margins
* Track and maintain up-to-date and accurate recordings of all sales, orders, and upgrades
* Follow all compliance standards
