**Job Summary**
As an entry-level customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within our 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You'll provide information regarding careerzynith's products and services, perform transactions, and advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a timely and professional manner
* Provide information regarding careerzynith's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability
* Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts
* Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
* Utilize various engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or related environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong knowledge of careerzynith's products and services (training provided)
* Proficiency in multiple systems and software applications (training provided)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of financial products and services
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
