**The Role of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative**
As the direct point of contact for our consumer base, the Entry Level Customer Service Representative is the face of careerzynith, responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back. This role requires a unique blend of energy, organization, and expertise, as you'll be working closely with our customer base to enroll them through the sales process, answer questions and concerns, and provide exceptional support throughout the sales journey.
**Core Daily Functions of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative**
* Work directly with our customer base to enroll them through the sales process, providing accurate and timely answers to their queries
* Demonstrate expertise in our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and benefits
* Answer customer questions and concerns regarding pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery processes, providing clear and concise information
* Interact in a professional and empathetic manner with customers, management, and client executives, building strong relationships and trust
* Follow all compliance, guidelines, and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team, ensuring seamless sales processes and interactions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date files with the compliance department, tracking customer information and account details throughout the sales process
**Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications & Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience preferred and recommended
* Experience in a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of working effectively with diverse teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on multitasking and taking initiative in daily and weekly tasks
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think creatively and outside the box
* Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Familiarity with sales processes and procedures, including contract negotiation and delivery
