As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with community members and donors at outreach events, attending in-office meetings to stay up-to-date on client offerings and services, and maintaining professionalism and adherence to strict levels of compliance when interacting with customers, managers, or members of the community.
