Job Highlights Start Date: Immediate openings available Position: Remote Entry-Level Collector Compensation: A competitive salary and amazing bonus potential Company: Workwarp Location: Remote (Las Vegas only) About the Role We're seeking an experienced and motivated Entry-Level Collector to join our team as a remote customer service representative. As a key member of our collections team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting owners with understanding their ownership and contracts, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions. Your primary goal will be to collect payments and resolve any issues in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, while adhering to all state and federal laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Perform all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations, with a focus on maintaining acceptable delinquency percentages. Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators. Legally, ethically, and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received. Maintain detailed and organized support documentation related to the handling of any owner account, including requesting skip tracing when necessary. Assist all members of the collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) At least 1 year of experience in a related area, such as customer service, collections, or sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues Must meet federal and state licensure requirements Flexible schedule, with availability to work Monday through Saturday from 8am to 11pm Preferred Qualifications: More than 2 years of experience in a related area, with a proven track record of success in collections or customer service Experience in the timeshare industry, with knowledge of contracts and ownership agreements Experience with skip tracing and other collection techniques About Our Company Culture At Workwarp, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
