Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** As an Enterprise Data Storage Administrator, you'll be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our data storage infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of our data. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices, and provide expert guidance on data storage and management. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive salary of $24/hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement data storage strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices * Manage and maintain our data storage infrastructure, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems * Collaborate with application, database, server, and other technology teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal data storage solutions * Provide expert guidance on data storage and management, including data backup and recovery, data security, and data archiving * Develop and maintain documentation for data storage and management processes * Troubleshoot and resolve complex data storage issues, including data corruption, data loss, and data security breaches * Stay up-to-date with the latest data storage technologies and trends, and implement new solutions as needed * Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field * 3 years of experience in data storage or a related field, with a focus on networking and storage protocols * Industry knowledge and experience with large-scale SAN design and implementation * Strong understanding of enterprise storage systems, including DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs * Experience with NAS concepts and protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3) * Knowledge of data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS * Operating system framework organization skills (both Linux and Windows) * VMWare concepts and organization * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field * Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions * Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations * Experience with data backup and recovery solutions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams * Experience with project management tools and methodologies * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with a focus on data storage and management * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and objectives * Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations * Experience with data backup and recovery solutions * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
