About the Job As an Enterprise Customer Engineer at blithequark, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients and helping shape the future of businesses of all sizes. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing large-scale AI opportunities that could benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure. Your expertise will help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud approach, enabling them to run benchmarks for existing models, find opportunities to apply accelerators for new models, develop migration paths, and optimize performance. You will work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to eliminate roadblocks and shape the future of our services. Key Responsibilities Be a trusted advisor to our top customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy through recommending migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate blithequark Cloud AI optimized infrastructure Demonstrate how blithequark Cloud is differentiated, highlighting the power of accelerators by working with clients on proof-of-concepts, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking Build repeatable assets to enable other clients and internal teams Influence blithequark Cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for corporate customer requirements Travel to customer sites and events as needed Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer technology, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned with the customer with defined scope and success criteria Desired Qualifications Experience training and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators Experience running MLPerf benchmarks Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus costs Designing/architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. In the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
