Role Snapshot Company: Delta Airlines Position: English-Speaking and Bilingual Flight Attendants Location: Multiple bases across the United States (including Atlanta, Boston, Cincinnati, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale/Miami, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Orlando, Minneapolis, New York, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City) Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary, with additional benefits and perks Job Description As a Flight Attendant at Delta Airlines, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs, and exceeding their expectations Conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft cabin, ensuring that all safety and emergency equipment is in working order Demonstrating knowledge of aircraft systems, safety procedures, and emergency protocols Coordinating with other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient flight operation Communicating effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management teams Adapting to changing situations, such as flight delays or cancellations, and responding professionally Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Be at least 18 years old Be fluent in English (additional language proficiency is an asset) Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Hold a valid passport Be available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly sought after, particularly those fluent in languages such as Spanish, French, German, Chinese, or Japanese Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Training and Development At Delta Airlines, we invest heavily in the training and development of our employees. As a new hire, you will undergo a comprehensive seven-week training program at our World Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
