**Job Summary**
As an English Customer Service Representative for Car Rentals, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service to English-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing customer relationships, and striving for customer retention and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities**
• Respond to customers' inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
• Be proactive and positive, with a desire to continuously improve processes and procedures
• Provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Strive towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting customers to achieve a successful outcome to their inquiry
**Essential Qualifications**
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great communication and soft skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Good computer skills, with experience in using customer service software and tools
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
• Positive attitude and team spirit, with a desire to learn and grow
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Previous experience in the car rental industry or a related field
• Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in Greek or other European languages
