As an English Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our English-speaking customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. **Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
* Work effectively as part of a team, developing strong relationships with colleagues and management
* Be proactive and positive, with a desire to continuously improve processes and procedures
* Provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding
* Strive towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting customers to achieve successful outcomes to their inquiries
* Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informed support to customers
**Key Requirements**
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Great communication and soft skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Good computer skills, with experience in using customer service software and tools
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
* Positive attitude and team spirit, with a desire to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
