**Job Description**

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email/Chat Support Specialist to join our support team. As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing prompt, professional, and accurate assistance to our customers via email and live chat. **Key Responsibilities**

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
