**Essential Qualifications**

• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity, with the ability to adapt to arenaflex's tone and style.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple email threads efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in MS Office and email platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.

• Experience in email support, customer service, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of basic customer support processes and email etiquette.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• 0-2 years of experience in email support, customer service, or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
