In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, chat, or inbound calls, interpreting messages, and responding appropriately. You will utilize our computer systems to perform necessary searches, look-ups, and maintain customer accounts in accordance with established departmental policies and workflow priorities. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the support of our virtual training programs and a stable high-speed internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
Managing client-specific data using various resources and tools
Communicating customer complaint trends and feedback to management to drive continuous improvement
Performing basic customer account transactions, such as updates and modifications
Maintaining performance standards, confidentiality, and data integrity
Adapting to changes and remaining productive in a fast-paced team environment
Working cooperatively across all employee levels, vendors, and clients to achieve common goals
Following established procedures and company policies to ensure consistency and quality
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A High School diploma or equivalent
Background in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Basic proficiency in PC use, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
Strong verbal and written English communication abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills
Minimum typing speed requirement: 20-25 words per minute
Experience with using a 10-key is preferred, as well as basic math skills and attention to detail
Training and Development
We offer comprehensive virtual training programs via Microsoft Teams, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Our training schedule includes:
December 2 - December 13: Monday - Friday, 1-8pm or 2-9pm
December 16- January 3: Monday - Friday, 1-8pm (No Training on December 24, 25, 31 or January 1)
January 6 - January 17: Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm
January 6 - January 24: Monday - Friday, 4-9pm
Work Schedule and Environment
We offer flexible work schedules, ranging from 20-40 hours per week, within the following parameters:
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 9pm
Saturday: 8:00am-3:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am-9:00pm
As a remote worker, you will need to have a clean, noise-free workspace and a stable high-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 7 MBPS and upload speed of 2 MBPS. Satellite providers are not supported.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base wage of $14.50/hour, with opportunities for shift differentials and weekend shifts. Our shift differential rates include:
2nd Shift: $.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis
Weekend Shift: $3.75/hour for hours worked between 3am Saturday to 11pm Sunday
