**Key Responsibilities**

As an Email Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Managing client-specific data using various resources to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
* Communicating customer complaint trends and feedback to management to drive continuous improvement
* Performing basic customer account transactions, such as updating account information and resolving billing issues
* Maintaining performance standards and confidentiality, adhering to established procedures and company policies
* Adapting to changes while remaining productive in a fast-paced team environment
* Working cooperatively across all employee levels, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Following established procedures and company policies to ensure compliance and quality

**Additional Responsibilities**

This role may also involve performing other customer service functions, such as:

* Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing product information and recommendations to customers
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Education and Qualifications**

* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Background in customer service is advantageous
* Basic proficiency in PC use and skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong verbal and written English communication abilities
* Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Minimum typing speed requirement: 20-25 words per minute
* Experience with using a 10-key is preferred
* Competence in basic math skills

**Training and Development**

* Virtual training via Microsoft Teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of careerzynith's products, services, and policies
* Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
* Access to careerzynith's knowledge base and resources to support continuous learning

**Work Schedule**

* 20-40 hour work schedules available within the following parameters:
+ Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 9:00pm
+ Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
+ Sunday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
* Flexible scheduling to accommodate individual needs and preferences

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Base wage: $14.50/hour
* Shift differential: $0.75/hour for 2nd shift and $3.75/hour for weekend shift
