**Responsibilities**

As an eCommerce Manager & Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will keep you engaged and motivated. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* **Data Entry & Management**: You'll be responsible for processing and preparing shipments for Amazon.com orders, uploading and updating product images for various e-commerce platforms, and transferring data from various sources into our new database.
* **Product Listings & Updates**: You'll work closely with our graphic design team to ensure that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing. This will involve updating databases or records with new information as it becomes available and correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records.
* **Inventory Management**: You'll be responsible for organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, sorting and organizing incoming purchase orders (POs), and inputting data into spreadsheets.
* **Order Fulfillment**: You'll print orders and product labels for orders, process information from warehouse stock updates, out-of-stock situations, and packing information, and update the RDI order system to ensure stock deducts properly.
* **Pricing & Catalog Management**: You'll handle pricing updates, including sale price increase requests and MSRP pricing updates, and update both Amazon Vendor US and Canada catalogs with new items as directed by management.
* **Vendor Management**: You'll organize bulk vendor orders and review with management and warehouse before accepting or denying orders, print all bulk order paperwork and product labels, and provide stock status updates in Vendor US and Canada as needed.
* **Miscellaneous Tasks**: You'll assist the office with miscellaneous tasks as needed, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and qualities. Some of the essential requirements include:

* **Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.
* **Data Entry Experience**: Previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to quickly and accurately type and enter data.
* **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential in this role.
* **Communication & Organizational Skills**: Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
* **Team Player**: You'll need to be a team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with our team.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not essential, the following skills and experiences would be a bonus:

* **E-commerce Experience**: Experience with data entry in e-commerce platforms.
* **Graphic Design Experience**: Graphic design experience would be a valuable asset in this role.
