Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
Assist customers with product recommendations and provide detailed information about our electrolyte products, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Collaborate with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.


Essential Qualifications

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an ecommerce environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or similar customer service tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.


Preferred Qualifications
