**Responsibilities:**
* Provide superb customer service to clients by responding to calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful demeanor.
* Answer client messages with clear, succinct, and step-by-step guidelines.
* Data entry and examination within various PC applications, including our online catalog (www.careerzynith.com).
* Information and research orders/solicitations.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Expected Responsibilities – Prerequisites:**
* Solid PC skills, and experience in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Solid verbal and written communication skills.
* Great critical thinking skills, adapting quickly to change, and attention to detail.
* Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient grammar and writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and function well with other representatives.
* Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset.
