* Communication: Effectively communicate with insurance provider representatives, navigating their websites and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Software Knowledge: Proficiently use Eclinical Works, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion to manage patient data and ensure seamless billing operations.
* Coding Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of coding systems, including Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Internal Medicine/Family Practice Office, Home Health, and Wound Care.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in medical billing, with a strong background in data entry, auditing, charge entry, rejections, payment posting, and aging reimbursement.
* Proficient in Eclinical Works, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion, with a strong understanding of coding systems.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
