**Responsibilities**
As an E-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, representing our brand to customers and business partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
* Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
* Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
* Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
* May assume other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* 1+ years of experience preferred
* Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Customer service experience and/or training
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
**Essential Functions**
* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
**Compensation and Benefits**
careerzynith offers a competitive salary, ranging from $15 to $17 per hour, depending on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including:
