**Job Overview**

As an E-File Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a remote position, but you must be located in the United States. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise
* Complete additional projects as assigned
* Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

**Qualifications**

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* Tech experience is strongly preferred
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

* Starting pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour

**Schedule**
