**The Role**

As an Experienced Dutch Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients in the Netherlands. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product information, demos, and training to customers as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Near-native fluency in Dutch and excellent English language skills
* 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment or international business setting
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues
* Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt to different communication styles
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Familiarity with customer service software and tools (training provided)
