**Key Responsibilities**
As a Dutch customer service representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
* Tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
* Maintaining high customer satisfaction by representing a major brand
* Assisting customers with managing and securing their accounts and passwords
* Setting up repairs for hardware-related issues
* Escalating unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts

**What You Will Bring**

* Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
* Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
