The Driving Instructor Role As a Driving Instructor with The Elite Job, you'll play a crucial role in training and mentoring individuals of all ages to become confident and responsible drivers. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive and engaging driving lessons for students, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that enables students to overcome challenges and build their driving confidence. Adapt teaching methods to suit the unique learning styles and needs of each student. Provide constructive feedback to students, highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating successes. Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas that require additional focus and practice. Demonstrate and promote safe driving behaviors, following all traffic laws and regulations. Keep accurate records of student performance and lesson plans. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Driving Instructor with The Elite Job, you'll need: Proven experience as a driving instructor, with a strong record of successfully training new drivers. Excellent understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey instructions and guidance. Patience and adaptability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Strong observational skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive manner. A valid Kenyan Driver's License and clean driving record. While not mandatory, certification as a Driving Instructor is highly preferred.
