**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our delivery professionals are equipped with the tools and support they need to succeed. **Responsibilities**
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
* Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
* Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
* Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
* Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding progress
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
* Identifying and resolving issues related to driver onboarding and data entry
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resources, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service
* Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
* Self-motivated and able to work in a remote environment (with reliable internet connection and working computer)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Familiarity with virtual vehicle safety inspections and pre-employment background checks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
