**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Dispatch & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Project tracking and management, ensuring accurate scheduling of equipment and materials
* Daily phone interaction with vendors, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
* Inventory tracking and management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations
* Providing exceptional support to the operations department, including any other duties as assigned
* Collaborating with the operations manager to ensure the successful execution of daily jobs
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role is a plus
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a dispatch or data entry role, preferably in a construction or event setting
* Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
