Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disney World Bar Attendant to join our team. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces

Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels
Comply with all safety and security protocols, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues


Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role, preferably in a bar or restaurant environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies, as well as stand for long periods
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a Disney-themed environment or a similar hospitality setting
Knowledge of beverage preparation and service, including wine, beer, and spirits
Certification in food safety and handling, such as ServSafe
Ability to speak multiple languages, with fluency in English required
