Collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and understand performance, diving into data to drive significant and meaningful insights
Contributing to organizational needs through ongoing reporting and analysis to inform business, product, marketing, and sales decisions
Leading content performance and audience analysis for product releases, creating and tracking key metrics to measure success


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

3+ years of data analysis experience
3+ years of management experience
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, including Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields
Experience creating statistical models and analyses in an industry setting for business use cases, with applied knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning procedures
Proficiency in handling large, transaction-level datasets and interpreting data patterns from multiple disparate data sources
Solid hands-on experience creating modern analytical solutions using scripting tools (Python/R)
Expertise in advanced SQL, large-scale data, and numerical computing languages (PySpark)
Experience with data mining in distributed systems (Hadoop/Databricks)
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau/Looker)
