Job Overview
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assisting guests in registering for the Disability Access Service, providing support for their accessibility needs, and applying your knowledge of our services to ensure an outstanding experience. As a Video Chat Specialist, you will also support guests with their digital experience through our website and mobile application. Your expertise in planning bookings and proficiency in using various systems and applications will enable you to provide personalized solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist guests in registering for the Disability Access Service and provide support for their accessibility needs
Apply knowledge of arenaflex services to ensure an outstanding experience for guests with disabilities
Support guests with their digital experience through the website and mobile application
Utilize technical abilities and computer proficiency to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve guest inquiries and concerns
Ask discovery questions to acquire relevant information from guests and resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or may require further medical consultation/evaluation


Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications

Sales and service experience in a customer service or contact center environment with knowledge and interest in arenaflex property, products, and services
Demonstrated technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications
Able to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from guests


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with guests with disabilities and knowledge of accessibility services
Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, including our website and mobile application
Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment
