Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests in registering for the Disability Access Service, providing support for their accessibility needs, and applying your knowledge of our services to ensure an outstanding experience. You will also support guests with their digital experience through our website and mobile application. Key Responsibilities

Assist guests in registering for the Disability Access Service and provide support for their accessibility needs
Apply knowledge of our services to ensure an outstanding experience for guests with disabilities
Support guests with their digital experience through our website and mobile application

Qualifications and Requirements
