About the Role: Director of Strategic Consulting As a Director on our Tech Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic recommendations that fuel our business model evolution, growth, and innovation. You will leverage your expertise to connect business strategy with customer journeys, disruptive technologies, and platform capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance enterprise capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Recommendations: Shape and implement strategic initiatives to enhance enterprise capabilities, and highlight critical findings and recommendations to senior leadership through executive presentations. Tech Enablement: Understand how existing and emerging technologies support our business model, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Creative Problem-Solving: Use techniques like Design Thinking and scenario modeling to challenge the status quo and drive business growth. Influence and Collaborate: Build relationships across Business Strategy, Product, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Architecture teams to drive collaboration and alignment. Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, engaging, and dynamic team environment that supports the growth and development of all team members. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience: 10-15 years in professional roles, including management consulting within Technology strategic disciplines. Leadership: Proven ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams, and to influence change in a matrixed organization. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with core Technology functions like Infrastructure and Cloud Strategy, Platform/Product Strategy, and more. Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with a track record of driving business growth and innovation. Creative and Analytical: High intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and innovative thought leadership. Collaboration Skills: Excellent facilitation and ability to gain alignment at all levels, including senior leadership. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguity and evolving priorities. Preferred Qualifications: MBA: Preferred, but not required. Big 4 Consulting Experience: Preferred, but not required. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. FinTech Knowledge: Knowledge of the financial technology industry and trends.
