Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic analysis of credit metrics, credit provision, and reserve for Senior Management in Risk and Finance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Own and manage complex data assets and packages within Risk Finance, serving as a subject matter expert and driving adoption of new tools and technologies
Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports used by Risk Finance and business partners, providing credit-related analytical support and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights
Develop and present key analyses and recommendations to Senior Management, influencing business decisions and driving strategic outcomes
Build and maintain relationships across Risk Finance portfolio groups and with partners in Risk, Controllership, Tech, and other departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and driving business outcomes through cross-functional partnerships
Provide decision-support with a strong emphasis on developing analytics that identify trends and opportunities in the portfolio, optimizing Business and Risk decisions and driving long-term growth and profitability
Essential Qualifications
Advanced experience working with a majority of the following technologies: SQL/Hive, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R, VBA, TM1
Experience working with a sophisticated level of Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data visualization and presentation skills
Experience in ML modeling is a plus, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques
Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions, empowering business partners to make informed, data-driven decisions
Superior attention to detail, alongside exemplary organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight timelines
